Below is a breakdown of our catering prices. All these prices are Day Delegate Rates, which means room and equipment hire are included in the day delegate rate. All prices are also per delegate, and some items have a minimum delegate number.

Remember, we will not be beaten on the production of a valid like-for-like quote.

• Option 3: fork buffet lunch (min 15 delegates): £12 per delegate
• Option 2: 2 course sit down lunch (min 20 delegates): £15 per delegate
• Option 1: 3 course sit down lunch (min 20 delegates): £25 per delegate

• 3 different options available. All min 30 delegates: £35 per delegate

• A selection of finger foods and sandwiches all: £20 per delegate
• If 20 people, choose 5 options
• If 20-30 people, choose 6 options
• If 30-40 people, choose 7 options
• If 40-50 people, choose 8 options
• If 50-60 people, choose 9 options
• If 70-70 people, choose 10 options

• Option 1 (Powdered coffee, everyday tea): £1.50 per delegate per session
• Option 2 (Starbucks coffee, Twinings tea, assorted biscuits): £2 per delegate per session
• Option 3 (Fairtrade coffee, Twinings tea, luxury biscuits): £2.50 per delegate per session
• Option 4 (Starbucks coffee, everyday tea, danish pastry): £3.50 per delegate per session
