Our pricing is in two sections, Day Delegate Rates, which cover the cost of room hire, equipment hire and catering costs per delegate - ideal for conferences, parties, dinners amongst others.

Our Room Only Rates cover the room hire and all equipment, which give you a simple, clear cut cost of each of our rooms at a per hour rate.

• Our Day Delegate Rates start from just £10 - £25 for breakfasts, lunches and buffets, through to £35 per person for gala dinners. Visit our Catering Cost Breakdown for full day delegate pricing and minimum numbers.

• Main Auditorium - £100 per hour, including:
  • all sound equipment; microphones, speakers and recording facilities (read more)
  • full stage lighting and use of both projectors (read more)
• Cafe - £60 per hour, including:
  • tables, chairs and lighting as well as basic sound requirements
• Cafe Kitchen - £50 per hour, including
  • full use of our cafe kitchen equipment: panini makers, milkshake bar, espresso machines, fridge and freezers, microwaves etc, and crockery
• Lower Hall - £30 per hour, including
  • tables, chairs and presentation equipment
• Lower Hall Kitchen - £100 per hour, including
  • our industrial kitchen necessities and utensils, as well as crockery
• Please note: Room Only Rates require the hiring party to be responsible for total cleanup of the venue and disposal of all waste to be taken with them.
